Refund Policy — THT Axis

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our plugin cannot be made to work in your environment, we will work with you to resolve it — and if we can’t, we’ll refund you. Full stop.

14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund on all THT Axis plugin purchases from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The plugin cannot be installed or activated on your WordPress site
  • The plugin causes critical errors that our support team cannot resolve
  • The plugin’s core functionality does not work as described and we cannot fix it
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong plugin or plan
  • The issue is caused by a conflicting third-party plugin or theme that we have identified
  • You have not contacted our support team to attempt resolution
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • Anthropic API costs incurred through use of AxisAdvisor or AxisSurveys
  • The plugin has been used to build a functioning system and you simply no longer need it

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at terry@thtaxis.com with:

  • Your order number or purchase email address
  • The plugin purchased
  • A description of the issue you experienced
  • Confirmation that you contacted support and the issue could not be resolved

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

Partial Refunds

In cases where a bundle was purchased and only one plugin has an issue, we may offer a partial refund equivalent to the individual plugin price rather than a full bundle refund.
